Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. We value your and our time and feel that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients.

Please allow 5 days cancellation notice of your service. If a cancellation is made within 4 days of the service, you will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of half the cost of your service. A No Show to the service appointment will be subject to full charge of the service price. This includes shortening your service with us (in the case where a colour and finish service are booked together and the colour service is no longer required)

This cancellation fee maybe waived at the discretion of Individuals HAIR (Illness and unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration)

The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation unless a deposit has already been paid prior to booking.

A payment request will be sent to you.

Deposits

We may request a deposit upon booking from you. Some appointments require extra time and preparation to accommodate. Appointments that are very time-intensive and/or require materials to be specially purchased for the service (such as multi-process colour, colour correction, etc.)

This deposit fee is non-refundable but does contribute to the service total.

Your appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are late it may result in us unable to carry out your appointment, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you may be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. Although we will try and contact you first.

Please do not arrive to early as there is limited waiting space.

Individuals HAIR has the right to cancel a service appointment without notice, if the salon environment is unsuitable for any reason, or if the stylist is taken ill. We shall endeavour to rearrange your service to a new time and date within two weeks of the service appointment where possible to do so.

We deeply understand that accidents or emergencies can happen. For that, Individuals Hair members are given one grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with our salon, Individuals HAIR you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
